Hugo Organista is a multi-talented indivudiual with a wide skillset valuable to any project.
Hugo began as an audio technician at his church at the age of 14, asssisting in set-up and breakdown of microphones, cables, and later equalizing the sound system. He later built an audio visual team who was trained entirely by Hugo at the young age of 16 to broadcast and stream the church services live over the church’s website. The services were later published over iTunes for download. Hugo did this at two churches and later moved on tackle bigger and better projects.
Hugo started managing hip-hop artist Yung Supa by helping him build and stabilize his image and branding style as an artist, and later began shooting and producing numerous music videos for Yung Supa which became viral on YouTube. Through the need of shows for his artist, Hugo started to create a local buzz by organizing several small local shows and putting on a few local acts and selling out 18+ Scottsdale Club Afterlife and Phoenix Club Cloud N9ne. Hugo later went on to become the manager of Club Cloud N9ne assisting with event organization, club management, and promotion.
A new need later arose. Hugo found out that the local independent hip-hop community needed a new way to be heard and recognized, as well as find new ways to be put on local shows with national artists. Hugo built and developed RapBroker.com and began contacting local artists and began featuring them on the website. The website spread through the United States and later other countries, receiving numerous feature requests and music submissions daily. Hugo, with other business partners, has other ideas for RapBroker and is in the process of growing and expanding RapBroker.
Hugo’s passion has always been production of any kind, wether it be video or photography. Hugo began at the age of 17 working with local directors to produce and edit music videos and commercials for local clients. Hugo later decided to direct and produce videos on his own for other local artists and also help the artists build and market themselves as a brand.
Hugo’s recent project involvement has been with a reputable Phoenix photographer. Hugo has played the role of production assistant, helping witht he set-up and breakdown of lighting, set production, and set direction.
Hugo was a project manager for Optimized Online Marketing where he developed websites for local and national artists, as well as small businesses. He has learned the art of SEO, project and client management, and business management.
Today, Hugo works at TallCat.com as a social media marketer, helping the company grown and expand its online presence.
